Platform role

GiftCardEZ provides software, checkout, delivery, redemption tools, and records for merchant-issued, closed-loop eGift Cards. The issuing merchant is responsible for honoring, refunding, and supporting its own eGift Cards.

If your question is about a purchase, delivery issue, redemption, remaining balance, refund, or merchant service experience, contact the merchant that sold the eGift Card first. GiftCardEZ can help with platform records when needed.

Payment processing

Merchant gift card payments are processed through the merchant's connected Stripe account when Live checkout is enabled. GiftCardEZ does not provide general-purpose prepaid cards, card-network payment products, cash-out services, or resale programs.
